Cancellation & No Show Policies

Due to a large increase of last-minute cancellations and no-show clients, we have been forced to establish new policies regarding you appointments.

 

2025 UPDATE:

If a client does not cancel scheduled appointment or is a no show, the client will be charged FULL PRICE of the service scheduled. Prepayment of the next appointment will be required before rebooking.

If a client comes after a 10 minute wait, we can no longer take a combined haircut/beard trim appointment; however, we will be able to do one of the two services, but not both.

There will be no charge to those clients who cancel or reschedule appointments within the 8-hour window prior to their scheduled appointment.

Our clients and our time are important to us to run a successful business. We regret taking these measures, but our focus is fairness to all of our clients and our barbers to keep our operation running smoothly and efficiently.
